- 03May04 - HX916 image of M63 (40:15:15:15 LRGB, luminance
from 02May13 below, RGBs 5x3 min with LX10 at f/4.6, STV
guided through ETX at f/8, from LBV [seeing 2, transp 7,
tracking highly variable due to terrible seeing and high,
gusty winds]). Processing: AIP (dark calibration and
stacking, color combine and Auto-Black color balance + 150%
color saturation then LLRGB technique). Old version.
- 5/13/02 - HX916 image of M63 (shot at f/6.3, Meade LX10, 40
minute total exposure [a stack of 20 2 minute images], binned
2x2, from Anza (OCA site) [seeing 7, transparency 7, tracking
8]) Processing: AIP (dark and flat frame calibration, DDP),
MaxIm (2X resize, crop), PaintShop Pro (mild brightness and
contrast adjustments).
- 1/12/02 - HX916 image of M63 (shot at f/6.3, Meade LX10, 20
minute total exposure [a stack of 10 2 minute images], binned
2x2, only dark frames applied, mild brightness and contrast
adjustments, Gaussian deconvolved in AIP, then cropped, from
LBV). Focus and tracking were both a bit off on this.
- 03/28/01 - STV image of
M63 (f/3.75, Meade LX10, track and
accumulate (3 of 60 seconds), wide mode, from LBV).
